Terms of Service

By using Levo ("the App") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Levo is operated by ZEDE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "our"). If you got the App from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Your Account

Levo is for personal fitness use. You must be 16 or older, keep your sign-in secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. We may change features over time; if we remove one that is part of Levo Pro, we will tell you first.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully, or interfere with it or other users
• Access our systems or other users' data without authorization
• Scrape the App or send requests to our AI features in bulk
• Share content (avatars, plan names, notes, or shared plans) that is illegal, obscene, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes someone's rights, or impersonates someone

To report a shared plan or avatar that breaks these rules or infringes your copyright, email support@levo.fit with the link. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and will remove content that breaks these Terms.

3. AI, Health & Safety

AI features send the data they need to our AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong. It is general fitness information, not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

Levo is not a medical device. Readiness, sleep, recovery, and calorie scores are estimates. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

4. Levo Pro

Levo Pro is a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription charged to your Apple ID. It renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Deleting your account or the App does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Your Content

The App and its content belong to us or our licensors. Content you create stays yours; you let us store and process it to run the App and, if you share a plan, to show it to people with the link.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for business losses, or for events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Levo Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep the protection of your country's mandatory consumer laws.
